KOUNARA ships handmade Kouna crafts from Manipur. Orders are delivered using Delhivery or another suitable courier service, depending on service availability for the destination. Available delivery options and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping charges
Shipping is paid by the customer for orders of ₹1,999 or less. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. The eligible order value and shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Order processing and tracking
Because our products are handmade, preparation time can vary by item and order. Any estimated dispatch or delivery information available for your order will be shared during checkout or in your order communication. Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking details after dispatch.
Delivery details and delays
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier coverage, weather, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or returned to us, contact us at info@kounara.com with your order number so we can help.
